Informational Purposes — Labels Control

Content on this website, including product descriptions, calculators, guides, and FAQ answers, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for the product label or applicator’s manual. Pesticide products must always be used in accordance with the complete, current EPA-registered label and applicable federal, state, and local law, which control in all cases. Calculator results are label-based planning estimates only; the certified applicator is responsible for determining the correct product, dosage, and procedure for each application.

Restricted Use Pesticides

Certain products referenced or offered for sale are federally Restricted Use Pesticides (RUPs). RUPs may be purchased and used only by certified applicators, or persons under their direct supervision, and only for uses covered by the applicator’s certification. All RUP orders are subject to license verification and applicable state requirements, and FSS may decline or cancel any order that cannot be verified. Submission of an order or request does not constitute a completed sale until FSS confirms verification and issues an invoice.

The content, design, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of FSS or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party product names (for example Weevil-Cide®, Fumitoxin®, Phostoxin®, ProFume®, Diacon®) are trademarks of their respective registrants and are used to identify genuine products.
