Jeffery J. Waggoner, ACE
Jeff grew up in East Central Indiana the son of a farmer. Married in 1999, Jeff and his wife have 4 children. Jeff attended Purdue University before working with FSS, INC. beginning in 1993. Jeff is currently the Vice President and General Manager for FSS, INC. and is active in Grain Elevator and Processing Society and International Association of Operative Millers. Jeff is a regular speaker on issues related to fumigation, food safety, and stored product integrated pest management. The service division of Fumigation Service & Supply, Inc. is known as an industry leader in pioneering alternatives to methyl bromide, structural and grain fumigation, education, integrated pest management programs, product sales and education. The current focus of FSS, INC. continues to be safety as well as refining new application methodologies related to structural fumigation and decontamination services with the objective of minimizing customer complaints. “My chosen profession has truly been rewarding. Peggy is the first smiling face that you see when you enter our Westfield facility. She organizes the invoicing for the companies and makes sure that the paperwork for the work that has been done is complete and turned in on time. You may also hear her greet you when you call about an invoice. She has been a valued employee since she began 10 years ago.
Ryan A. Yutzy is the Safety and Compliance Manager of Fumigation Service and Supply, Inc. He is currently based out of the company’s main office located in Westfield, IN. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and a minor in Entomology. Ryan has been with the company since 2010 and has gained experience in fumigating many different stored products. As an authorized OSHA trainer he regularly administers the company’s safety training, DOT compliance training, Department of Homeland Security compliance training, and also oversees the companies other regulatory requirements. Since 2010, he has given several talks relating to fumigation techniques and fumigation safety. Ryan is an active member of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society. In his free time Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen. He is also an avid freshwater and saltwater fisherman.
Pete Mueller is the Owner of Fumigation Service & Supply, Inc. Pete has had extensive technical experience in facility fumigation during the time of the development and implementation of alternatives to Methyl Bromide using Heat CO2 and Phosphine, Eco2Fume, ProFume, Phosphine Generators, integrated Pest Management, and combination ULV Pesticide and Insect Growth Regulator treatments. Pete has played an active role in all of the quality fumigations conducted in central and Southern Illinois and facility inspections by FSS since 2006. The majority of his work has been done in facilities ranging from seed warehouses and production plants, grain elevators, grain bins, quatrain and pre-shipment treatments, food and feed facilities. Pete is a graduate of Purdue University with a broad spectrum focus in agriculture (Entomology, Botany, Horticulture, & Agronomy) and how to protect grain, seed, and other agricultural commodities from the fields to the finished products. But his education started much earlier being a third generation fumigator early influences have given him a deep rooted respect for the art and science of pest management and fumigations and also that every experience is an opportunity to learn and share with others. The diverse educational, professional, and personal back ground has given him insight and a unique prospective on stored product pest management gaining him many opportunities to share what he and his group have learned first-hand in the field and in the classroom. This insight has not gone unnoticed in the industries. Pete has had many great opportunities to speak to audiences ranging from GEAPs fumigation safety talks, a Popcorn quality meeting at Iowa State University, Seed pest management with Purdue University and FSS, and many custom yearly Seed, Grain, Food facilities site fumigation safety updates and insect identification staff meetings throughout the industries. In 2011 Pete had the opportunity to visit and speak to the growing seed industry in Argentina. This reconfirmed to him that Stored Product Pest Management is a global language, if you start with the insect first and use what you know you are only limited by your imagination.

Brad is the Corporate Logistics Manager located at the corporate office of FSS.

Jacqueline is the Accounting Assistant located at the corporate office of FSS.
Luciano is the export fumigation manager based out of FSS’s Indiana regional office. He ensures that export fumigations are completed safely and in accordance with all regulatory requirements. These types of fumigations include logs, crates, pallets, ISPM 15, automobiles, farm equipment, grain, and seed. Luciano has been with us for quite some time and offers an extraordinary amount of expertise to the team. He is married, has three children, and hopes to someday open up his own restaurant.
Terry is the Dynamic IPM Tech for FSS's Indiana region. Prior to joining FSS several years ago, Terry gained valuable knowledge by working in the pest management industry for many, many years. Terry brings his knowledge of pests and a great ability in working with people to the FSS family.
Alex Pollock is an FSS Account Manager out of the Indiana regional office. Although his background is in construction, FSS is the career that he chose to pursue. He has had the opportunity to work with the Joliet, IL office where he learned a great deal about stored product pests in the food industry. Now he hopes to further his knowledge in the grain and fumigation specialties of the company. Alex Pollock grew up on the east side of Indianapolis. Alex has shown great leadership and takes the initiative with tasks conducted. We see a bright future with the knowledge obtained as he continues his career with FSS. He enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his children.
Alex is a technician who has been with FSS for many years. He is based out of the Indiana regional office and travels to many surrounding states to help out on many jobs throughout the year. He specializes in integrated pest control and services many of the Indiana regions accounts. In his free time, Alex enjoys working on cars and spending time with his family.
Jordan is FSS's Indiana Regional Manager. Jordan grew up in Harrison, OH and has a wife of 5 years and 2 boys. Jordan attended The University of Cincinnati and is also an active member of the United States Army Reserves. Jordan began working for Fumigation Service & Supply, Inc. (FSS) in 2010 as an entry level technician. Jordan has spoken at numerous trade shows and Agri-business meetings throughout OH, KY, and IN on all facets of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) including label comprehension, fumigations, and many other aspects of the field.
Brett is a fumigation technician based out of the Indiana regional office. He helps conduct fumigations all throughout the midwestern states.
Tracey is our Corporate Administrative Assistant for FSS, Inc. She grew up in Indianapolis and is based out of our Westfield, Indiana office. She has a husband of 20 years, 2 girls, and 1 boy. Tracey has about 8-9 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and 1 year experience with Human Resources. She has been with FSS since January of 2019.
Kyle Libby is a Fumigation and Service Account manager out of the Indianapolis regional office. Kyle began his career as a supervisor at Toyota. This career choice allowed him to obtain an OSHA contractor safety license, aerial lift certification, and developmental management certificate. All of these licenses and certifications have greatly contributed to his work with us. He has quickly adapted and learned the fumigation and service trades practiced at FSS. Kyle graduated from Hagerstown High School in 2013. Kyle brings a great personality and attitude with him to work every day. Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys riding all-terrain vehicles.
Paul is the Corporate IPM Manager for FSS, Inc. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan University. Paul began his pest control career in 1997 and has been an Associate Certified Entomologist since 2009. He brought his diverse experience and qualifications to FSS, Inc. in 2010, where he specializes in food plant pest management and fumigation, and acts as a resource for quality control and training throughout the Company.
Steve is the Northern Illinois Regional Manager based out of the company's Joliet, IL office. Steve began working with Fumigation Service and Supply Inc. in 2007 as a part-time laborer during structural and grain fumigations. Through persistence, adaptability, and a willingness to learn he gained knowledge and experience making him a valuable asset to the region. Outside of work Steve is a dedicated family man. He plays an active role in his community as a youth soccer coach, a church board member and vacation bible school leader. Above all things, his happiest moments are spent on the shady side of a lake with his wife Stacey, and his beautiful children. Family is not an important thing. It’s everything.” –Michael J. Fox
Thomas Eagan is a Assistant Manager for the Chicago Regional Office. After joining the FSS, Inc. team in February 2013, he has obtained his Pesticide Applicator and Fumigation licenses in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. He is hard working and dedicated to ensuring successful pest control programs and treatment applications through information and technique. Along with implementing and managing IPM programs for his accounts, he has also become very knowledgeable in fumigating different types of structures and containers.
Josh Tofari is a Administrative Assistant for the Chicago Regional Office. Levi is the Central Illinois Regional Manager based out of the Heyworth, IL office. He is a valuable, knowledgeable, and hard working Fumigation and Pest Control specialist. He has streamlined all company fumigations that occur throughout the mid to southern portions of Illinois. His strong work ethic and skill base makes him one of the best!
Dan has been with FSS for many years now and serves the Heyworth office in many different ways. Dan excels in project management and has been instrumental in many improvements, including the most recent office renovation. He also specializes in fumigation and commercial pest control service for many of the regions grain and seed facilities. In his free time, Dan enjoys gardening and spending time with his Chihuahuas. He stays current in the news and can always fill you in on what is going on in the world. FSS is glad to have him on the team.
Corey Kirby is the Assistant Manager for FSS at the Indy Office. Corey has participated in and led hundreds of fumigations ranging from grain handling facilities, seed facilities, and food facilities in his 10 years with the company. His commercial service experience makes him a “hands-on” person that presents the practical side of fumigations and IPM. In his free time, Corey enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
My name's Andrew Fisher, IPM Service Manager at our FSS Heyworth Region. I have been in pest control for over 8 years and have an extensive background with a wide variety of pests as well as a substantial amount of experience. My specialty is managing food production/audited facilities and the treatment of any pest that is encountered in Illinois.
Justin is a member of the Central Illinois Regional Office team.
Joshua Wilhelm is the Regional Manager for the Ohio region of Fumigation Service and Supply. Josh is a 2007 graduate of Purdue University. He has a strong background in sales, service, and safety. With experience he has gained with FSS since working with them in 2007, he has developed a great understanding of the food safety, fumigation, and pest management aspects of the industry. Josh has experience with multiple fumigation techniques in all areas of the food chain. His fumigation experience reaches from the fields to the finished product. He has created food safety pest management programs in many diverse areas of the food chain.
Anna grew up in Harrison, OH. She has a husband of 6 years and 2 stepchildren. Anna earned two Associate Degrees; one in Office Administration the other in Paralegal Studies. Anna started working for Fumigation Service & Supply, Inc. part-time in October of 2012; she became full time in June of 2016. Anna provides company wide support for any issues or questions regarding the software that tracks and stores the data from our Integrated Pest Management Accounts. She also provides general administrative support for the Ohio regional office. Anna is always ready to jump in and help with any project!
Matt grew up in Southeastern, Indiana. He is married and has 3 children. Matt earned a degree in Environmental Engineering from Cincinnati State. Matt started working for Fumigation Service & Supply, Inc. in 2007. Matt is a full time IPM and Fumigation Technician who has obtained his Pesticide Applicator and Fumigation licenses in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. When he not at work Matt enjoys spending time with his family and many outdoor hobbies such as hunting and fishing.
Cameron joined the FSS team as a pest control and fumigation technician after previously receiving education as a diesel mechanic. Cameron quickly made great strides and now manages FSS's export fumigation terminal located in Lockbourne, OH. Cameron is detail oriented, customer focused, and an effective problem solver. He is licensed in at least three states as a pest control applicator. In his free time, Cameron enjoys hunting, boating, and fishing.
Tony is a pest control technician based out of the Harrison, Ohio office.

C. J. Rivera is a technician based out of FSS's Harrison, OH branch.
Lance is Area Manager for the Northern Ohio area and is based out of Sylvania, OH. He holds licenses in numerous states and specializes in Fumigation. Lance also regularly travels to surrounding states to conduct fumigations.
Curt is the Regional Manager of FSS for the Iowa Region; providing Food Safety Pest Management and Fumigation service for the Seed, Grain and Milling industries in the states of Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota. Curt began his pest control career in 1991 and has held his Master’s License in Structural Pest Management and Fumigator’s License since 1993. He has provided recertification training and support to the Industry for the State of Iowa and Minnesota. Curt is also a frequent speaker at training workshops for the Seed and Grain Industries.
Mark Primrose is a FSS Technician for the Cedar Rapids, Iowa office. Since joining the FSS team in October 2016, he has obtained an Iowa pest control and fumigation license as well as a CDL license with hazardous materials endorsement. He is a reliable and talented team member. Mark enjoys all outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, hiking and skiing.
I started in the industry in the early 80’s working in residential and small commercial accounts. I spent 3 years with a landscaping company and learned trees, lawns and ornamentals. From 2011 to October 2020, when I started with FSS, I was the general manager of a small pest control company where I became certified in several categories in Michigan and Ohio. I have been married to my wife Wanda for 37 years. I have 2 adult children and 1 grandson. I am a member of the Adrian Church Of Christ and of the Adrian Evening Lion’s Club. I am an avid fisherman and enjoy camping, golf, biking and outdoor sports and activities.
Bryan Smith has joined FSS, Inc. as the new Human Resources Manager. Bryan brings 20 years of HR experience to the FSS, Inc family. He believes all FSS, Inc. employees are "his customers" and will use his expertise to support them in the same way those in the field provide solutions for clients.
George Logan is a Fumigation Technician for the Columbus Branch of the Harrison Region of FSS, Inc. Although he has little previous experience in the industry before FSS, he has been a wonderful addition to the family. With the experience through his 1 and a half years with the company, he has gained on the job training with most aspects of fumigation from the early stages of production to the final product itself.
Avery was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA and has been part of the FSS, Inc. Iowa Region since November 2020. While serving 5 years in the Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer Avery was stationed at Camp Pendleton in California, in Okinawa Japan, and in South Korea. He is big fan of Lord Of The Rings and anything by J.R.R. Tolkien. When not serving our clients and growing our business in Iowa, Avery likes spend time at the lake, fish, or head to the shooting range. He is also enjoys travelling and will usually have a book under his arm and a podcast playing in his ears.

My name is Theo Davis IV, IPM Service Manager FSS Northern Illinois region. My current role as IPM Service manager entails support of 2 IPM technicians, routes, quality audits, annual program reviews, assistance with troubleshooting and Fumigation assistance when needed. Theo brings 17 years of pest management experience ranging from residential, termite, fumigation, commercial, airline, food chain supply and production. My passions include trouble shooting rodent issues, fishing, and family. Goals for the next year include obtaining the ACE certification and working toward creating a position as a troubleshooter in Pest Management. I believe this position is desperately needed in the industry and it has been a goal of mine for years.
Jadorion Thompkins started his FSS journey in 2019 as a Fumigation Tech in the Indy Region. Prior to joining FSS, I was a combat engineer in the US army. I enjoy spending time with my wife Alexandrea, daughter Aiva, and son Cayden. I am a huge Colts fan and enjoy watching a variety of sports.
Mandy joined FSS, Inc. in November 2019 and is the Administrative Assistant at the Regional Office in her hometown of Joliet, IL. Mandy brought 5 years of experience to the FSS, Inc. family and excels in the areas of logistics, organization, and managing all details both big and small for one of the busiest regions in the company. Mandy enjoys cooking, fishing, Disc Golf and has 6 freshwater fish tanks at home as well as two cats.
Joshua Villazana is a Dynamic IPM Specialist at the Heyworth, IL office who started in January 2021. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2013 and studied principles of insect pest management at Texas A&M University, College Station, TX. He earned a master’s degree in entomology from the University of Maine, Orono in 2018 where he researched black soldier fly larvae as value-added feed for aquaculture. Between his time at college, he was accepted for an internship at Disney World in Orlando, FL at The Land Pavilion in Epcot where he utilized greenhouse integrated pest management. He used skills learned as an IPM team leader for a horticulture program at the Texas A&M campus controlling insect and vegetative pests on campus grounds. He then journeyed to Virginia for a pest control company, Innovative Pest Management Co. as the staff entomologist where he coordinated control of invasive vegetation at the Accotink Bay Wildlife Refuge in Fort Belvoir, and was contracted to conduct IPM for museum pests at the National Gallery of Art, the Smithsonian Natural history Museum and American History Museum in Washington D.C. He is also a member of the Maine Entomological Society (MES), Entomology Society of America (ESA), and an active volunteer for the University of Illinois Entomology Graduate Student Association (EGSA). On Joshua’s free time he enjoys hiking with his dog and husband, baking sourdough bread loaves, or trying out a new boardgame.
My name is Abbe Gravert, Administrative Assistant at our Iowa Region. I received my Associates Degree in Accounting in 2014 and I’ve been in customer service for 3.5 years. I’m a member of several local non-profit organizations since 2016 and a member of the city’s board of adjustment since 2017. I was born and raised in Iowa and currently live in Solon, IA. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughters, and camping with family and friends.
My name is Katasha Strickland, Administrative Assistant at our Indy Region. I am highly experienced in providing world class Customer Service and Administrative support. I have 3 beautiful daughters and a black cat I love dearly!
Jerry joined the Iowa Region in June of 2021. He works primarily on the IPM side of the business but plays an important role on Fumigation jobs as well. Jerry brought 11 years of Pest Control experience to the team and has made an immediate impact in a growing region. Jerry says his favorite part about FSS, Inc. has been the company culture. “Everyone has been like family since day one and you see it from top to bottom.” When not at work, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, and video games. Jerry grew up in the area and currently resides in Indianola, Iowa.
Lynn White, our IPM Tech for Iowa Region. Lynn brings more than two decades of experience to the team, adding her management skills, customer service expertise, and positive attitude to out growing market share in Central Iowa. She began her career as an entry level IPM Tech but quickly earned the trust of her many customers with her dedication, customer service and outstanding work ethic. She has held a variety of positions during a distinguished career in Pest Management including recently leading a team of dozen technicians as an Area Manager. Lynn loves spending time with her grandson, who affectionately calls her “Rainbow Grandma”. Lynn loves the outdoors, music, motorcycles, and lounging by the pool.
My name is Aaron Adams, Fumigation Tech at our Harrison Region. I bring 3 years of residential pest control experience to FSS, Inc. While doing that I decided to specialize in termite inspections and treatments. I spend my time outside of work with my wife and 2 daughters who are 6 years old & 7 years old and keep us busy with wrestling & basketball.
Jeremy Hayes is an IPM and Fumigation Tech for our Harrison Region who started in August 2021. Jeremy brings 8 years of previous pest control experience. Jeremy is married with 3 kids. Jeremy enjoys hunting, golfing, and watching the Steelers play.
Jonah Morris is a Fumigation Tech for our Joliet Region who started in August 2021. When time allows, he enjoys golfing when weather permits, fishing, hunting, and spending time with family. Jonah is a BIG St. Louis Cardinals fan, GO BIRDS!
